Investment Workflow at Zeed
A transparent, structured Shari'a-compliant investment process
Issuer Registration and Verification Phase
In this initial phase, we begin by establishing a collaborative partnership with issuers. Following this, investment projects are submitted for preliminary evaluation. Subsequently, comprehensive data and documentation are provided for our two-stage verification process. Upon successful verification, we proceed with drafting Shari'a-compliant contracts and detailed investment proposals. Finally, the thoroughly vetted investment project is presented to our investor network. Each step in this process involves specific roles from both Zeed and the issuer, as indicated by different colors in the diagram.

Investment Project Offering Phase
During this phase, qualified investment projects are presented to potential investors through our platform. Following the initial offering, our capital raising process begins as investors commit funds to the project. Once the funding target is achieved, the investment offering is closed to new participants. Subsequently, a strategic planning session is conducted to finalize the allocation and utilization of the collected capital. Each step in this process involves coordinated participation from investors, Zeed, and issuers, with distinct responsibilities represented by different colors in the diagram.

Issuer Supervision Phase
This critical oversight phase begins with the transfer of capital to the issuer. Upon receipt of funds, the issuer commences business operations while providing regular performance reports to all stakeholders. Investors receive comprehensive updates on business management activities, investment performance metrics, and final reporting documentation. The issuer also submits detailed investment results and final reports to Zeed for verification and distribution. This process concludes with the complete reconciliation of all reporting requirements and the distribution of business proceeds to investors. Each step involves specific responsibilities from investors, Zeed, and issuers, as indicated by different colors in the diagram.
